Access, Correct, and/or Delete My Data

As further detailed in our Platform Privacy Policy, currently available at https://www.xandr.com/privacy/platform-privacy-policy/, consumers (as defined by applicable laws) residing in the jurisdictions identified in submission form below may request 1) access to the categories and specific elements of personal data we have collected about them, 2) correction of any such personal data they believe to be inaccurate, and 3) the deletion of their personal data. Please note that we do not currently accommodate access, correction, or deletion requests for consumers residing outside of the jurisdictions identified below. However, such consumers may submit requests to opt-out of our delivery of targeted advertising to their web browser by visiting https://monetize.xandr.com/privacy-center/opt_out .

Important Note: We must be able to verify your identity in order to process your request. However, because our advertising platform does not contain information that would allow us to identify an individual, such as name or email address, we will be unable to verify the identity of most requestors and therefore cannot fulfill such requests as a result. To the extent we maintain identifying information about you outside of our advertising platform, such as for business contacts in California, we will use this data to verify your request. Further, if you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, we may ask for additional information from you in order to verify we are authorized to process the request.
